Miniature: Evangelist Luke, nimbed, wearing turban, seated with feet on footstool, against decorated back, sharpens pen, before scroll, with pseudoinscription, draped over lectern with inkpot, on table on which are another inkpot and scissors, beside symbol, ox, with inkpot and pen-case in its mouth. Patterned fabric hung on back wall. Margins: Foliate border.
